Barcode & QR Code Keyboard is the free edition. It scans without a licence, and it is the app the Free plan above describes.
Barcode Scanner Keyboard PRO is the enterprise edition. It licences devices, starting at 5, and a device that holds no licence seat will not scan.

Checkout happens in the dashboard. If you do not have an organization account yet, you will create one first.
Licences are bought and managed in the dashboard, not in the Android app and not on this page. There are three steps, and the first one is free.
Register at app.barcode-keyboard.eu. It costs nothing and takes a minute. Accounts cannot be created from inside the Android app, so this step comes first.
Once you are signed in, choose how many devices you are licensing and pay from the dashboard. Card payments are handled by Stripe. Invoices and receipts are available for company reimbursement.
Invite colleagues into your organization account and hand out licence seats to devices. Dashboard users are unlimited on every paid plan, so you are only ever paying for scanning devices, never for seats at a desk.
Yes. Licences belong to an organization account, so you register at app.barcode-keyboard.eu first, then buy from the dashboard. Registering is free and does not commit you to anything.
Every device is billed at the rate its fleet size lands in, and the bands are not stacked. Sixty devices are sixty devices at the Volume rate of €16, not fifty at €20 plus ten at €16.
Five. Below that, the free edition on Google Play is the right fit, with 500 cloud-synced scans a month.
No. Dashboard users are unlimited on every paid plan. You pay per scanning device, so invite as many colleagues into the organization as you need.
