Yes. The keyboard works with any Android app that accepts text input, including SAP Business One, Oracle WMS, Microsoft Dynamics, and other ERP mobile clients. It also integrates with web-based ERP systems accessed through a mobile browser. No special configuration is needed — scanned barcodes are entered as text directly into input fields.

Yes. Barcode recognition runs on the device, and signed out nothing you scan reaches us. If you sign in, cloud sync writes your scans to your account — that is the point of signing in, and you control it. The REST API feature sends data only to endpoints you configure, and AI scanning, which is off until you switch it on, sends a photograph to a cloud AI provider to be read. Our privacy policy sets out each case in full.

The barcode scanning engine runs entirely on-device and requires no internet connection. You can scan barcodes and QR codes offline in any app. An internet connection is only needed for initial installation from Google Play, licence activation, cloud sync, the optional REST API feature, and AI scanning, which reads the image on a server rather than on the phone.

Yes. Licensing is per device, per year: €20/device/year for 5–50 devices and €16/device/year for 51–200. Every device is billed at the rate your fleet size lands in, so a fleet of 60 is 60 devices at €16, not 50 at €20 plus 10 at €16. Above 200 devices the rate is negotiated under an Enterprise Agreement, which also covers MDM rollout support and a named account manager.

Yes. Since the app functions as an Android keyboard, it works in any text input field — including web browsers like Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. When you tap an input field on a web-based application, simply switch to the barcode keyboard and scan. The scanned data is entered directly into the browser input, making it perfect for web-based WMS, inventory, and POS systems.
